Great Theracane Reviews

Info On Theracane Massager And Best Hand Held Back Massager |

| I've owned the TheraCane for a little over twenty minutes now and all I can say is, WOW! It works amazingly well and it allows me to apply just the right amount of pressure myself instead of trying to negotiate with a masseuse on where to press and how much. It's great for trigger points in the upper and mid-back, and even the ones underneath the shoulder blades, which are usually impossible to get. It feels very sturdy and I'm not at all concerned about it breaking (ever). It also doesn't require much kneading strength to apply a lot of pressure so if you're worried about that, don't. It is a little pricey, but has free shipping and it's completely worth it. I highly recommend it - DVD or video is also available! |

| TheraCane has been around for decades and it works great! I found out about TheraCane from a friend and purchased one for personal use. It worked so well that I purchased a 2nd one for use at the office. I now have one at home and one at work. After having one at the office for less than a week, a co-worker in the office next to mine came in and stated, "I need to use your best handheld massager, can I borrow it for a while?" I thought this was a great verification that it works well for others besides myself. Theracane's odd design allows you to apply pressure on trigger points in your back, neck, legs, virtually anywhere on the body you may want. I think it is a cordless personal massager, for someone, like myself, that has stress, tension, fatigue, or muscle pain from daily life that can't normally be reached. It is simple to use and comes with a brief instruction manual. I recommend it! |

Bought this for my daughter after it was recommended to her from her fibromyalgia pain management group doctors/staff. Has helped at times, however you need to be gentle and cautious as it can bring on more pain if not done properly or if over done in one area. You may be sore the next day. My daughter uses it and says it has helped. As a pudendal nerve entrapment and chronic pelvic pain patient, I have spent many, many thousands of dollars on physical therapy over the years just to be able to sit. This device does not obviate all need for the laying of trained hands, but it does reduce the frequency with which such treatments are necessary, allowing me to poke and prod at all the knots in those hard-to-reach groin places you don't talk about in mixed company on my own.
At this price point I was kind of hoping it was made out of graphite or something, but it's just sturdy plastic--like what they make milk crates out of. I don't expect it to break anytime in the near future, but the surface texture creates a bit of drag which I personally could do without. Polish those knobs. | In the past several months I decided that I was going to do all that I could to reduce the amount of back and shoulder pain that I have experienced more and more over the past few years. I have a mild case of scoliosis that was undiagnosed when I was an infant. As a result I suffer from a great deal of upper back pain. Physical Therapy has helped a lot and my physical therapist gave me a number of wonderful stretches and other ideal personal massagers. I have also been seeing a doctor who gives me monthly manipulations. She told me about the TheraCane, which I use on the precise spot where the scoliosis causes most of the pain.
Along with some other body tools (in particular a Foam Roller), this has been one of the most useful things in eliminating or minimizing back pain. The great thing about the TheraCane is its versatility. It is wonderfully designed and can be used to get at all kinds of pain. A great handheld neck and lower back massager.
I have exclusively upper back pain, but I suspect that it would be equally helpful in dealing with lower back pain. If you suffer from back pain of any kind, this could well be one of the best presents that you ever give to yourself.
